This location is just minutes from I-75, Naples 5th Ave and the beaches. Best of all the HOA is ONLY $130 per month, that's crazy when you consider a single family home with an HOA in the heart of Naples for yep $130 bucks per month. Leawood Lakes is a family friendly, pet friendly community that loves their neighbors and appreciates their quiet, quaint community they live in. This home has been a labor of love from the beginning. When this home was purchased by the current owner he spent countless hours and no expense spared on this renovation. The time and attention to detail show everywhere, this property is so clean you can literally eat off the floors, even the interior and exterior paint jobs were done by a licensed union painter with over 25 years experience. From the beginning the goal was simple to renovate this home to perfection, some of the improvements and coasts were Interior painting of walls, ceilings and trim, primer and 2 coats $16,500.00. , Exterior paint job, primer, filler and 2 coats $12,250.00, Garage primed and paint, plus epoxy finish floor $3,500.00, Brazilian quartz kitchen countertops and backsplash and bar top plus sink basin $30,500.00, Bathroom countertops plus sink basin's $3,000.00, Diagonal ceramic floor, ceramic base $28,500.00, Appliances $25,000.00, Ceiling Fans $1,200.00, Air conditioning condenser and tune up $2,000.00, Painted & screened in lanai $3,000.00, Clusia hedge around the home for complete privacy $7,500.00.
